The Meme Contest Has Ended — Results November 30th
Thank You For the Overwhelming Response!
The submissions phase for our meme contest has officially ended, on the eve of November 27th UTC.
The response we’ve had has been incredible both from within our existing community and from people who’ve found us on Twitter (welcome!). The level of artwork and dedication to the “memification” of SWD is outstanding and we commend all those who have participated.
How Will the Winner Be Determined?
The next step is for a panel of long-time community members to choose the content they feel best represents this contest’s theme of “Go for Launch” and shines the best light on SW DAO.
Due to the sheer number of individual submissions we had (well over 200), we’re going to create a modified list of the entrants that the founding team feels are either the funniest, stick the closest to our ‘Launch’ theme, or show an impressive amount of effort.
This curated list will then be passed on to a panel of expert meme connoisseurs from within our community to be debated, discussed, and voted on over the next three days.
The winners of our contest will be messaged on November 30th, on Discord, or Twitter from our official SW DAO media channels — depending on the winners' available contact methods.
