How to Bridge SWD Tokens to Polygon via MetaMask

Here is an exact step-by-step walk-through on how to bridge SWD tokens from the ETH mainnet to the Polygon network (MATIC) with MetaMask & ChainPort.io.
In this example we paid $57 in ETH gas to make this bridge, however, we believe if you time it with the Gas markets you could get it down to $40-$45.
DO NOT BRIDGE SWD TOKENS IF YOU ARE USING A SMART CONTRACT WALLET THAT YOU DO NOT POSSESS THE SEED PHRASE FOR.
Load The ChainPort.io Website
Connect Your Wallet — We Chose MetaMask
Connect ChainPort.io With MetaMask — Click “Next”
Click “Connect” On MetaMask
You Will Notice On The Top Right That Your Wallet Is Now Connected
Now Change Your “To” Network to “Polygon”
Under “Select a Token” Search For “SW DAO” and Click “SWD”
Your Page Should Now Look Like This — With The Balance Of Your SWD Tokens Now Showing
In This Example, We Clicked “MAX” Which Is Now Sending 1,833 SWD to Polygon — However, You Can Type In Any Amount To The Left Of “MAX”
Now You Can Slide Your “Set Gas” Slider To Any Of The Three Options “Slow”, “Standard” or “Fast” — Here We Chose “Slow
Once Your Click “Approve Token” You Will Need To Give Permission On MetaMask — Click “Confirm”
Once You Have “Confirmed” You Will See a New “Check Tx Status” Option — Click It To See Your Approval Transaction Status
Your Approval Transaction Will Likely Confirm In The Next Couple Minutes And Look Similar To This
Notice That The “Approve Tokens” Button Has Changed To “Port ____ SWD From Ethereum to Polygon” — Click That Button Now
Confirm Porting On This Screen — Click “Port Anyway”
Now Click The “Confirm Porting…” Button
Confirm The Transaction In Your MetaMask Wallet — Hit “Confirm”
Your “Port Out” (Bridge to Polygon) Is Now In Progress — Notice The New “Check Tx Status” Button— Click That To See Your Transaction In Progress
Your Port Out Transaction Will Look Similar To This One
Now Time To Import SWD Token on Polygon To MetaMask — Switch Over MetaMask To Polygon
Notice SWD Token Is Missing? Click “Import Tokens” Down Below
Add SWD Polygon Contract Address 0xaeE24d5296444c007a532696aaDa9dE5cE6caFD0
Once You “Add Custom Token” Your New Polygon SWD Tokens Will Appear
